Exchange Bank Announces Britt Cooper as Vice President, Business Banking Manager

Santa Rosa, CA – (May 3, 2024) - Exchange Bank (OTC:EXSR) announces Britt Cooper as vice president and business banking manager. He will also retain his role as branch manager of the Santa Rosa main branch. Working with the bank’s 16 Sonoma County branches, Britt’s focus will be on expanding business customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and offering guidance on business banking throughout Sonoma County. Britt prides himself on being highly collaborative and accountable and enjoys helping local businesses achieve their growth goals.

Britt has extensive local banking experience and has been with Exchange Bank for over 11 years, previously serving as branch manager in Windsor, Coddingtown and Sonoma before moving to Santa Rosa in 2022. He lives in Windsor with his wife Debbie Abrams and actively volunteers in the community, serving on the board of the Santa Rosa Downtown Action Organization. Britt earned a Master’s degree from USF in Organizational Development & Human Resources and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking school.
