1 Community Checking is available to non-profit corporations and non-profit organizations registered as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) with the IRS.
2 The monthly maintenance fee is waived for the first two account cycles after opening the account.
3 You must designate the deposit accounts, loans (if eligible), or certificate of deposit accounts you want us to link to your account for combined balance waivers. For each designated linked account, the period of time that we use as the basis for calculating the balance, and the day that we use to determine the balance, may be different from the monthly account cycle of the benefiting account. The combined balances will be calculated three days before the monthly account cycle date of your account to determine eligibility for maintenance fee waiver.
4 The monthly maintenance fee waiver applies to the account charged for "Cash Manager Plus" or "Cash Manager Executive" Cash Management services.
5 Processed transactions include: checks negotiated, deposits, deposited items, and in-branch withdrawals. Transactions excluded are: ACH debits and credits and ATM and point of sale transactions. Transactions in excess of monthly limit are $0.40 per item.
